Chris Belden began his theatrical career in Curt Dempster's Black Lab, writing, directing, producing & performing in lab shows. In 2001, as part of the Lexington Group (an offshoot of several of Curt's labs), he co-wrote & -starred in The Ballad of Larry the Flyer at the Spoleto Festival in Charleston and at the NY Int'l Fringe Festival. Since then Chris has written & starred in Bald Man Descending a Staircase (HeRE) and Quacks Like Love (EST Octoberfest), as well as numerous one-acts at EST & elsewhere. His screenplay Amnesia was produced in 1997 (starring Ally Sheedy & John Savage). Chris has also released two albums of original rock'n'roll, "Songs About Anything" & "Camouflage."
