Melanie Nicholls-King has had a varied and successful career on stage and screen. She is most known for her work as Cheryl on HBO's “The Wire”, Officer Noelle Williams on ABC's “Rookie Blue”, and most recently as the mysterious Anne-Marie Bowen on USA's “Falling Water”. Her stage work includes Cassandra Medley's Relativity at Ensemble Theater, NoonDay Sun, also by Ms. Medley, with Diverse City Theater; and Danai Gurira's Familiar at Playwrights Horizons.  Upcoming, she can be seen onscreen on SyFy's “Channel Zero”, Netflix's “Seven Seconds”, and Ion's “The Detail”. She will be heard on Playing on Air's podcast production of Ms. Medley's Cell with Tonya Pinkins and Condola Rashad in the Fall.
