The Ensemble Studio Theatre seeks a Marketing & Communications Manager to complement and grow our marketing team. The ideal applicant understands and supports our mission, values, and commitment to our artistic community. The Marketing & Communications Manager will work in constant collaboration with our Brand Marketing Manager and Development Manager in order to strategize season-long marketing and outreach strategies, and will be responsible for managing and implementing those strategies during a busy year-round production schedule focused around new work. This implementation will involve organizing paid advertisements, eblasts, and a strong presence on social media.

We are looking for communicative, innovative, and collaborative applicants who are empowered by EST’s mission and community. Strong writing and interpersonal skills as well as a knowledge of relevant social media platforms are necessary. Experience in marketing NY theatre is encouraged, but not needed. Salary is competitive for a theatre of this size and commensurate with experience, plus health and vacation benefits.
